Ingredients

  • 50g Danish Crown Supertops Pre-Cooked Smokey Bacon
  • 60g Provola affumicata
  • 70ml  Cream of friarielli
  • 50g  Ricotta
  • 5ml  Olive oil
  • Pinch  Black pepper

 

Method

  1. Top the pizza with homemade cream of friarielli
  2. Add provola affumicata
  3. Add crispy bacon
  4. Stuffed crust with ricotta ,black pepper and bacon cream
  5. Bake till cooked
  6. Drizzle with olive oil
  7. Enjoy

  1. Friarielli stir-fried and liquidised with bit of water and olive oil salt and pepper
