 Why not treat yourself by creating this Pizza Al Prosciutto Crudo Con Mozzarella using the best products from Qulaitops

Ingredients

  • Pizza dough
  • Spicy tomato pizza sauce
  • Ball of Mozzarella
  • Qualitops Prosciutto Crudo
  • Rocket
  • Olive oil

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 425oF/22oC/Gas mark 7
  2. Form the dough into a 12-inch pizza.
  3. Spread spicy tomato pizza sauce evenly over the base.
  4. Cook for approximately 3 minutes.
  5. Add Qualitops Prosciutto Crudo and drizzle with a little Olive oil.
  6. Add Mozzarella Ball or slice if you want full coverage.
  7. Add Rocket.
  8. Cook for a further 4 minutes until golden brown
